We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main market. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were extremely helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about the tours and activities available in the area. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's dining restaurant. The breakfast, especially the dosa, was absolutely amazing. The chefs really did a great job in preparing our meals. Additionally, the hotel had a wonderful spa and wellness center where we indulged in relaxing massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was also a great escape from the heat. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it the best hotel we have stayed at in India.

There were a couple of areas where the hotel could improve their communication. They did not disclose that they had a limited menu, which was a bit disappointing.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at a hotel surrounded by beautiful greenery. the clean rooms and friendly staff were definitely a highlight. I also enjoyed the authentic local cuisine and the variety of breakfast options. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and also offered a peaceful retreat from the city hustle and bustle.

Although the bed was comfortable, the room could have used some additional amenities like better lighting and more power outlets. the Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable.

During our Christmas holiday, the hotel offered us a comfortable stay with clean rooms and fresh towels. The hotel had a nice view and the location was good, as it was not too far from the main town. The restaurant had a variety of dishes available and the staff were friendly.
